Hi, I'm Emma- and I See You.

I’m a certified coach, a mother, and a space-holder for emotional healing. My work is rooted in empathy and practical support, because motherhood shouldn’t be something we survive alone.

Motherhood can be beautiful… and it can also break you open in ways no one warned you about. The emotions, the overwhelm, the guilt, the questions, they don’t make you weak. They make you human.

I created Her Second Birth as a soft landing place for women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or lost in the emotional weight of motherhood. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, healing postpartum, or simply trying to remember who you are, you belong here.

About “Her Second Birth,” is a space where mothers like you can exhale. Where you can be honest about how you’re really doing, and know that you’re still whole, worthy, and deeply loved.

I didn’t always feel calm or confident in my own journey. I wore the strong face, held it all together on the outside, and unraveled quietly inside. I battled emotions I couldn’t explain, guilt I couldn’t release, and a longing to feel like me again.

Through loss, healing, therapy, and growth, I discovered something powerful: healing doesn’t come from having all the answers. It comes from being witnessed, heard, and held, without judgment.

That’s what I offer here.

Through emotional support, one-on-one coaching, and honest, heart-centered conversations, I help mothers reconnect with themselves, not by fixing or perfecting, but by gently remembering their wholeness.

This isn’t about being strong all the time.

It’s about finally being safe enough not to be.

Emma is the founder of Her Second Birth — a coaching space supporting women through the emotional transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and rediscovering themselves as mothers. She helps women feel held, heard, and whole.

Who I work with?


I support expectant mothers going through postpartum depressions, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, anxiety, and the invisible load of caregiving. Whether you’re pregnant and anxious, postpartum and lost, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, you’re welcome here.
I work with women at all stages of motherhood who are ready for honest reflection, healing conversations, and compassionate coaching.

I’ve been where you are.


I didn’t always feel confident, calm, or connected in motherhood. Like many women, I spent months (and years) trying to look like I had it together while feeling disconnected inside. I battled emotions I didn’t understand, guilt I couldn’t name, and a deep longing to feel like me again.

That journey, through loss, healing, therapy, coaching, and growth, is what led me here. Now, I hold space for other women to rediscover themselves, not by fixing or perfecting, but by being gently witnessed and supported.
