How are Her Second Birth coaching sessions held?
All sessions are online, making support easily accessible.
Furthermore, you can choose the platform you’re most comfortable with Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp. A secure link will be sent after booking.
What languages do you coach in?
The sessions are conducted in English.
However, I also understand and speak some conversational Italian if that helps you feel more at ease.
Can I book just one coaching session?
Yes, single sessions are available.
Still, most mothers find greater transformation through a 3–6 session package. That way, there’s time to build trust, dig deeper, and create lasting change.
Are the coaching sessions confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy and emotional safety are top priorities.
In fact, everything discussed in your sessions is kept fully confidential, in line with ethical coaching standards.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
Life with a baby can be unpredictable, I understand. That said, please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.
Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable, as your session time was reserved especially for you.
Do you offer payment plans for coaching packages?
Yes! Affordability should never be a barrier to emotional support.
Therefore, I offer flexible payment plans. We can explore the best option during your consultation.
How do I book a postpartum support session?
